General Provisions<\/h2>\n<p>This section sets out <strong>Cooshen (\u0554\u0578\u0582\u0577\u0565\u0576)<\/strong> the brand (hereinafter referred to as <strong>Cooshen<\/strong>) the terms and conditions for the cancellation of orders placed through the Website.<\/p>\n<p>By placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them.<\/p>\n<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">2. Cancellation by the Customer<\/h2>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">The customer may request cancellation of an order as long as the processing of the order has not been completed.<\/p>\n<p>As order processing may begin immediately after an order is placed, Cooshen does not provide a guaranteed cancellation period.<\/p>\n<p>The possibility of cancellation depends on the status of the order at the time Cooshen receives the customer\u2019s cancellation request.<\/p>\n<p>If the order has already been processed or handed over for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.<\/p>\n<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">3. How to Cancel an Order<\/h2>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">To request cancellation, the customer should contact Cooshen as soon as possible and provide:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>the order number,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>the name provided when placing the order,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>the phone number or email address associated with the order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cancellation requests may be submitted:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>by email at <a href=\"mailto:info@cooshen.am\">info@cooshen.am<\/a>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>or through other contact methods indicated on the Website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After receiving the cancellation request, Cooshen will check the status of the order and inform the customer whether cancellation is still possible.<\/p>\n<p>An order is considered cancelled only after the cancellation has been confirmed by Cooshen.<\/p>\n<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">4. Cancellation of a Paid Order<\/h2>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">If the cancellation is approved by Cooshen and payment has already been made, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise provided by law or agreed upon by the parties.<\/p>\n<p>The actual time required for the refund to be credited may depend on the relevant bank or payment service provider.<\/p>\n<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">5. Cancellation of Personalized Orders<\/h2>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">For products made according to the customer\u2019s individual requirements, with personalized engraving, or otherwise personalized, the possibility of cancellation depends on the stage of order fulfillment.<\/p>\n<p>If the preparation of a personalized product has already begun, cancellation initiated by the customer may no longer be possible, or the amount paid may not be refunded in full or in part, depending on the work already completed and the costs already incurred.<\/p>\n<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">6. Wholesale and Corporate Orders<\/h2>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Cancellation terms for wholesale and corporate orders may be agreed separately between the parties for the respective order.<\/p>\n<p>If fulfillment of the order has already begun, any work completed and costs already incurred by Cooshen may be taken into account in the event of cancellation.<\/p>\n<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">7. Cancellation by Cooshen<\/h2>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Cooshen may cancel an order if:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p>the ordered product is unavailable,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>the information provided for order fulfillment is incomplete or incorrect and the customer cannot be reached,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>payment has not been confirmed where payment is required for the respective order,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>due to a technical error, the product price or other material information has been displayed incorrectly,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>other objective circumstances make fulfillment of the order impossible.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If an order is cancelled by Cooshen and the customer has already made payment, the amount paid will be refunded in full, unless otherwise provided by law or separately agreed between the parties.<\/p>\n<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">8. Returns or Exchanges After Cancellation Is No Longer Possible<\/h2>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">If cancellation is no longer possible but the customer wishes to return or exchange the received product, the terms set out in the Website\u2019s \u201cReturns and Exchanges\u201d section and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia shall apply.<\/p>\n<h2>9.
