1. General Provisions<\/h2>

This section sets out Cooshen (\u0554\u0578\u0582\u0577\u0565\u0576)<\/strong> the brand (hereinafter referred to as Cooshen<\/strong>) the terms and conditions for the delivery of orders placed through the brand\u2019s (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cWebsite\u201d) website.<\/p>

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them.<\/p>

2. Delivery Area<\/h2>

Cooshen provides delivery only within the cities of Yerevan and Ejmiatsin.<\/p>

For other regions of the Republic of Armenia, delivery is carried out through Haypost, and the customer receives the order from the post office of their place of residence.<\/p>

International delivery is currently not available.<\/p>

If necessary, the customer may contact Cooshen to receive additional information.<\/p>

3. Order Processing<\/h2>

Order processing begins after the order has been confirmed and, where applicable, after payment has been received.<\/p>

The standard processing time for orders is usually 1\u20132 business days<\/strong>, unless a different timeframe is specified on the product page or during order confirmation.<\/p>

For personalized orders with name printing, wholesale orders, or corporate orders, the processing time may vary. The customer is informed about this in advance.<\/p>

4. Delivery Methods, Cost, and Timeframes<\/h2>

Cooshen delivery<\/h3>

In the cities of Yerevan and Ejmiatsin, delivery is carried out by Cooshen.<\/p>

  • The delivery fee is 700 AMD<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • We recommend placing your order at least 1 day before the desired delivery date<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Deliveries are generally carried out between<\/strong> 20:00 and 22:00.<\/li>
  • Delivery is not available on Sundays.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

    In case of high workload, holidays, weather conditions, road restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Cooshen\u2019s control, the delivery date or time may be changed. In such cases, Cooshen will inform the customer in advance and arrange delivery within a timeframe that minimizes any impact on the timely receipt of the order.<\/p>

    If the delivery time selected by the customer cannot be accommodated, Cooshen will contact the customer in advance to mutually agree on a more suitable delivery time or date.<\/p>

    Delivery via Haypost<\/h3>

    The order can also be received via<\/strong> Haypost<\/p>

    The delivery fee starts from 370 AMD<\/strong> and is calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the parcel, according to Haypost\u2019s current tariffs.<\/p>

    Delivery timeframes via Haypost are determined by the respective service provider, and Cooshen is not responsible for delays caused by the operations of the delivery organization.<\/p>

    5. Delivery Address<\/h2>

    The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address, phone number, and other necessary information provided during the order process.<\/p>

    If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information, any additional costs incurred as a result, including the cost of re-delivery, may be charged to the customer.<\/p>

    6. Order Receipt<\/h2>

    Upon receiving the order, we recommend checking:<\/p>

    • the integrity of the packaging,<\/li>
    • the quantity of the products,<\/li>
    • the appearance of the product,<\/li>
    • the presence of any visible damage.<\/li><\/ul>

      If you discover any damage, missing items, or other discrepancies upon receiving the order, please inform Cooshen as soon as possible, attaching photos if necessary.<\/p>

      7. Undelivered Orders<\/h2>

      If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer being unavailable, or other reasons, the order may be returned to Cooshen.<\/p>

      In this case, re-delivery is carried out only upon mutual agreement of the parties and may be subject to an additional fee.<\/p>

      8. Delays<\/h2>

      Cooshen is not responsible for delivery delays if they are caused by circumstances beyond its control, including:<\/p>

      • weather conditions,<\/li>
      • road restrictions,<\/li>
      • transportation disruptions,<\/li>
      • government restrictions,<\/li>
      • other force majeure circumstances<\/li>
      • the operations of the delivery service provider.<\/li><\/ul>

        9. Risk of Damage or Loss of the Order<\/h2>

        The risk of damage to or loss of the product transfers to the customer at the moment the order is handed over to the customer or a person authorized by the customer.<\/p>
