Returns and Exchanges
1. General Provisions
This section sets out Cooshen (Քուշեն) the brand (hereinafter referred to as Cooshen) the terms and conditions for the return and exchange of products purchased through the Website.
If any issue arises with your order or the received product, please contact us as soon as possible. Cooshen reviews each request individually and offers a fair and appropriate solution whenever possible.
2. Product Inspection
After receiving the order, we recommend checking the following as soon as possible:
- the integrity of the packaging,
- the quantity of the products,
- the appearance of the product,
- the presence of any visible damage or discrepancies.
If you identify any issue, please inform Cooshen as soon as possible by providing a description of the issue and, if necessary, photos.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Delivered Products
If the customer has received:
- a product with a manufacturing defect,
- a product damaged during transportation,
- or a product that does not match the order,
Cooshen will review the request and, depending on the circumstances, may offer one of the following solutions:
- product replacement,
- product repair (if applicable),
- or a full refund of the paid amount.
4. Characteristics of Products Made from Natural Materials
Many of Cooshen’s products are made from natural loofah, wood, and other natural materials.
Therefore, natural variations in size, shape, color, texture, or fiber density may occur due to the inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Such variations cannot be considered grounds for return or exchange.
5. Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, used, washed, damaged, or products that have lost their consumer properties are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where a manufacturing defect has been confirmed or other grounds established by law apply.
6. Personalized Orders
Products made according to the customer's individual requirements or with personalized engraving are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where:
- there is a manufacturing defect,
- the product does not match the order details approved by the customer,
- or the grounds for return arise from the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
7. Return Conditions
If a product is eligible for return or exchange, it must be returned:
- in the most complete condition possible,
- with its complete packaging (if it has been preserved),
- with all included accessories,
- without any visible signs of use, if the reason for return is not related to a manufacturing defect.
Cooshen reserves the right to reject a return or exchange request if the condition of the product does not meet the conditions specified above.
8. Refunds
If the return request has been approved, the refund will be processed within the shortest possible timeframe using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise provided by law or agreed upon by the parties.
If the reason for return is due to an error made by Cooshen or a manufacturing defect, the delivery cost paid by the customer will also be refunded (if it was paid).
9. Վերադարձի առաքման ծախսեր
If the reason for return or exchange is related to a manufacturing defect, a damaged product, or an incorrectly delivered product, the return shipping costs shall be covered by Cooshen.
In other cases, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
10. Review of Requests
Each return or exchange request is reviewed individually based on the information provided, photos, and, if necessary, inspection of the product.
During the review of a request, Cooshen may ask for additional information necessary to assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
