1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use govern Cooshen (Քուշեն) the use of the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as the terms and conditions for placing orders, purchasing products, and receiving services through the Website.

By using the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

All prices displayed on the Website are stated in Armenian drams (AMD), unless otherwise specified.

Cooshen reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed by us.

In the event of an obvious incorrect price being published due to a technical or human error, Cooshen reserves the right to cancel the respective order by notifying the customer in advance and refunding any amount already paid (if payment has been made).

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on the Website does not, by itself, mean that the order has been finally accepted.

An order is considered accepted only after it has been confirmed by Cooshen.

Cooshen reserves the right to refuse acceptance of an order if:

  • the product is not available at the time,
  • the information provided during the ordering process is incomplete or incorrect,
  • there are technical issues,
  • there are other objective obstacles preventing the fulfillment of the order.

6. Availability

Although we regularly update product availability information, in exceptional cases, the ordered product may already be out of stock.

In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer:

  • wait for the product to be restocked,
  • choose another product,
  • or receive a full refund of the payment made.

  • graphic materials,

are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Copying, reproducing, publishing, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using them without Cooshen’s prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cooshen shall not be liable for:

  • failures in the operation of third-party services,
  • damages caused by incorrect information provided by the user,
  • damages caused by improper use of the product or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Our liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is limited to the value of the respective order.

Cooshen shall not be liable for the complete or partial failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, communication or power supply failures, and other force majeure events.

Cooshen reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.

The updated version is published on the Website and becomes effective from the moment of publication unless a different effective date is specified.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.
