Payment
1. General Provisions
This section sets out Cooshen (Քուշեն) the brand (hereinafter referred to as Cooshen) payment terms for orders placed through the Website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them.
2. Payment Methods
The payment methods available at Cooshen are presented during the checkout process and may include:
- online payment by bank card,
- payment upon delivery (where this service is available),
- bank transfer,
- other payment methods available on the Website at the time of purchase.
Cooshen reserves the right to modify the available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
3. Payment Currency
Unless otherwise stated, all prices and payments presented on the Website are made in Armenian dram (AMD).
4. Payment Confirmation
For online payments, an order is considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully approved by the respective payment system.
If the payment has not been confirmed or has been declined, Cooshen reserves the right to cancel the order without processing or delivering it.
5. Payment Security
Cooshen does not store customers' complete bank card details.
Online payments are processed through secure payment systems that are responsible for the processing and protection of payment data.
Cooshen is not responsible for failures in the operation of payment systems, technical issues, or delays caused as a result of such issues.
6. Prices
Cooshen strives to ensure the accuracy of the prices presented on the Website.
However, due to technical or human errors, the Website may display an obviously incorrect price, discount, or other terms.
In such cases, Cooshen reserves the right to cancel the respective order by notifying the customer in advance. If payment for the order has already been made, the paid amount will be refunded in full.
7. Prepayment
Cooshen may require full or partial prepayment in the following cases:
- personalized or custom-printed orders,
- bulk orders,
- corporate orders,
- or other cases where this is specified during the checkout process.
The preparation of such orders begins only after receipt of the advance payment or full payment.
8. Personalized Orders
For personalized or engraved products, if the preparation of the order has already started, in case of cancellation initiated by the customer, the paid amount may not be refunded in full or in part, depending on the scope of work completed and the costs already incurred.
9. Refunds
Refunds of paid amounts are made only in cases provided for in the Website's Returns and Exchanges section or by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
If the refund has been approved, the amount will be returned using the same payment method that was used for the original payment, unless otherwise provided by law or agreed upon by the parties.
10. Accounting Documents
After payment confirmation, the customer is provided with the relevant accounting document confirming the payment, in accordance with the procedure established by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
- For individuals, a payment confirmation document is provided an electronic fiscal receipt (e-receipt).
- For corporate customers, where necessary, an electronic invoice is issued and provided through the Taxservice system.
